Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a Bail Bond?

By having us post the bond for you, only a fee is paid instead of the full amount of each bond.  We put up the full amount of the bond to the county for each charge on your behalf so that you can get back to your life until you have completed going to court, the charges are dismissed, and the bond is completely disposed of.

When can I call to get a bond posted?

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We can also post bonds 24 hours a day and 7 days a week so call us and we’ll be there to help you through the process of getting released as well as being notified of all relevant court dates or if the charges are dropped regardless of the time of day or night.

When can I call to check on a court date?

If you are a client and need to know court date information, there are links below for most counties in North Texas, or if you have other questions related to your file please call Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and we are generally in the office to answer such questions on Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm.  On the weekends we could be posting bonds and away from the office so we can’t provide a guarantee though generally we are, within the time frames provided, or we will let you know an expected time to accommodate any requests.

Are there any rules or processes to follow if a bond or bonds are posted on someone’s behalf?

We ask that all paperwork be filled out completely and returned to the office or the bond runner after the bond is posted.  If there are any questions please feel free to ask and we provide you with answers related to the process after being bonded out or any questions related to paperwork.  You will need to check in with the office every Tuesday between 9 am and 5 pm until all bonds are disposed of.  By doing so we are able to provide the most up to date information regarding court dates or status of your case.  We will also mail the court date notices as well as call you the day before court to remind you just to make sure you are kept aware of all relevant dates and times.  You will need to update any address, phone number or employment information changes so that we are able to communicate with you to provide you with the best service possible.  Also you will need to follow any of rules as provided to you with the paperwork process and you will also be given a copy, if you have any questions please ask and we will provide you with the requested information.

Is there a way for you to check on a court date online?
